Year 2 had their school trip to Layer Marney Tower. We learned all about Lord Marney, climbed the 99 steps to the top of the tower, saw a trap door on the way and visited the on-site church. Not only that, but we got to feel and wear a knight’s armour, fire arrows from bows, learn to count to ten in latin, wrote our names using a quill and ink, danced around a maypole and played Tudor games! It was fantastic experience and lots of fun!
CEOP is a command of the National Crime Agency, and is dedicated to tackling the sexual abuse and exploitation of children and young people.
